"An early start to the weekend for many college students who go out and get slpooy drunk on Thursday night." Thirsty Thursday is celebrated all across the USA every week. Most of the time it is celebrated even when it's not Thursday. College kids love having "reasons" to party and drink, not even if they are legit.
